Kiall Carson is a Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 REPS qualified Personal Trainer, as well as First Aid certified, with a passion for helping people build confidence and achieve real results. Starting his fitness journey at 19, he has been coaching since 2018, supporting clients with fat loss, muscle gain, and event preparation. Kiall specialises in strength training, including compound lifts, and provides practical nutrition advice to support long-term progress. Known for his supportive and approachable style, he’s dedicated to guiding clients every step of the way and takes pride in seeing them succeed.

George Grahame is a Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 REPS qualified Personal Trainer, as well as First Aid certified, with a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals through strength training and sustainable habits. Having started his own journey at 17, he transformed his physique by gaining 30kg through dedicated training and nutrition, giving him first hand experience in muscle building and confidence development. Since entering the fitness industry in 2016 and becoming a personal trainer in 2018, George has supported clients in building strength, improving technique, and gaining the confidence to train independently, all while providing practical nutrition guidance.

Derry Thompson has been passionate about fitness for over a decade, turning her own gym journey into a career in personal training over the past three years. What began with helping friends and family has grown into a mission to help others build confidence, strength, and knowledge in the gym. With a background in CrossFit and a love for weight training, especially free weights, Derry brings energy and expertise to every session. She’s also a boxing enthusiast, using pad work to challenge and inspire clients. Qualified as a Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 REPS Personal Trainer, and trained in First Aid, Derry specializes in boxing, free weights, and bodyweight training.

Anthony Atkinson is passionate about both fitness and creativity, believing everyone can benefit from a balance of the two. As a personal trainer, he loves helping clients recover from injury, gain confidence in the gym, and improve overall wellbeing, celebrating every bit of progress along the way. Outside the gym, he’s a freelance graphic designer, and when he’s not training or designing, you’ll find him running, painting, or drawing. Qualified as a Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 REPS Personal Trainer, and trained in First Aid, Anthony specialises in mobility and rehab exercises, core and pelvic floor stability, building confidence training alone, and muscle gain and fat loss.
